Where do I start? I’m wanting to start focusing a portion of my weekly workouts on pull-ups and all the strengthening that goes along with it.

I would be interested in know how often and with how many combinations of 'pull-up training' one should do. Like, for example, I see you have a Day 1 - Day 4 for the 'first pull-up' goal. Should those be done every day or every other day or what? There is also something called 'greasing the groove' where one is doing a little intermittently throughout the day. Then when one is working towards achieving, like, 5 pull-ups, you have a video with exercises to prepare for that. Should that series of exercises be done every day or how often? Do you recommend in between days for recovery? Thanks.

I would like to know your background. Were you a gymnast as a kid? Some of the stuff you do I can only imagine is possible if you start very young so your body can adapt to a changing power-weight ratio—just a theory

How about weighted bodyweight for conditioning and/or strength endurance.

Hi, what do you think of pull up programs that focus on total reps completed with multiple sets? I remember following something similar to Pavel Tsatsouline's pull up program long ago, but not sure if that's currently the best way to train for max reps.
