If they have knowingly done it, then yes. If it's a case where they admit the the timing between the two men is close together; then no.

DNA test should be apart of the birth process. Mandatory test could solve a lot of issues way sooner.

Ummmm yes!!!! My fiance had to get a paternity test for my stepson he knew his ex been with many men but didn't find out about his son til he was born. He got it done and he is his son and I adore him as my own blood
