The original plan was to award the Discover Seoul Pass-Heritage Edition-10,000won prize to 200 winners, but our final count showed that fewer people participated than the number of winners we had planned for.
To make sure the selection process is fair and to prevent the system from picking people who didn't actually enter (dummy entries), we have adjusted the number of 4th place prizes to exactly match the number of actual participants.
We are happy to announce that everyone who participated will now receive a prize! Please understand that we took this action as the best way to ensure the transparency of public event funds and to maximize satisfaction for all our participants.

✅ This event was created for visitors traveling to Seoul, and the prizes were chosen to match that purpose. We kindly ask for your understanding that prizes cannot be changed or replaced for any reason.
✅ If you fail to submit your personal information by Octobor 28th (KST), you will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
✅ We are not responsible for incorrectly entered personal information, and prizes cannot be resent if returned or lost.
✅ If the same person wins more than once, the winner will be recognized only once and only one prize will be sent.
✅ All personal information will only be used for the purpose of prize delivery and will be securely deleted 3 months after the prize is shipped.
✅ In accordance with the customs regulations of each country, some prizes may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which must be paid by the recipient. These charges are governed by the laws of the recipient’s country and will not be covered by the event organizer.
✅ For Korean winners, a 22% tax will be applied and must be covered by the winner.
✅ Winners must agree in advance to the potential for such charges. Failure to agree may result in disqualification and cancellation of the prize.
✅ If unfair participation is found, future event entry may be restricted and the prize chance will be canceled.
✅ Delivery will take at least 2 weeks after the Google Form submission deadline. For physical prizes (such as iPads), delivery may take at least 4 weeks.
