🚨 Big Update: Why I Left Canva Verified Experts & What’s Next! 🚨

Last week, I shared a post on IG, Threads and TT on why I’m no longer a Canva Verified Expert, and the response has been 🔥.

The truth? Canva pushed for exclusivity without paying creators—and that didn’t sit right with me. As a content creator, I believe in using the right tool for the job, not being locked into one platform.

But here’s the kicker… Canva also removed my ability to be an affiliate unless I was a CVE or a Canvassador, despite the fact that I’ve helped bring in thousands of new sign-ups over the years—including keeping you all up to date with the latest features. That didn’t sit well with me either. Creators need to earn while being able to remain impartial.

Since making the switch, I’ve been diving deep into Adobe Express and connecting with amazing creators who share the same mindset. And honestly? I feel more creative and free than ever.

The comments from you all have been incredible—some of you even cancelled your Canva Pro subscriptions after learning about this. 😳 So I want to know:

👉 Have you ever had to walk away from a brand or platform that didn’t align with your values? How did it go?

I’ll be posting a new video soon about why I made this switch and what it means for content creators. Stay tuned! 🎥💡

I'm so disappointed in Canva's team. You've been such a dedicated creator for all these years and this is how they treat you 😕 , so SAD
