Pull-ups and Dips; best upper body compounds. If I only had to do two exercises for upper body, it would be these.

I started about 7 years ago, only able to do about 5 pull ups with serious shoulder dysfunction. Now I have unbelievably mobility that I never thought I would have and I can do sets of 15 to a dead hang. You were a big part of that, thank you Adam!!

Neutral grip ring rows for me. Easy on the joints, adaptable to all fitness levels, helps my pull ups, low risk of injury, teaches scapular control/stability, plenty of variations, and just a comfortable exercise in general.

Used to do all of these exercises. Now I have "early signs" of carpal tunnel in both my hands so I can only do inverted rows and pull ups. I'm unable to do any pushing exercises and it sucks š®āšØ. I'm trying to strengthen the muscles in both hands. Hopefully it goes away sooner than later God willi

Dips on the rings feels amazing. No bench variation has given me that stretch on the chest. I used to do up to 3 plates on fixed bar dips and doing em on the rings was humbling because i lacked the stability to keep the rings still š

Pull-ups for sure.its more convenient. I have a pullup bar in my home office. When ever I take a break I do pullups or dead hang.
