David Freiburger

Whoa! I missed 401k subs in the middle of the night and then 402k this morning! Thank you! So here’s a 401 Buick nailhead, a 401 AMC, and a 402 Chevy. Of course the 402 was an extension of the ‘65-‘69 396, with the factory expanding the bore from 4.094 (weird) to 4.125. Even though the engine was 402 cubes, it was marketed as a 396 or a 400 on various models of cars and trucks.

David, you are awesome. Thanks for so many years of information amd entertainment, i almost feel like i know you at this point. Always up to cool stuff, you have inspired me to get moving on my dad's old '41 chevy truck. Never know when its gonna be too late, which is why i have it now. It must see road time again before i die. Your content is the best out there,

A fella I knew back about 20 years ago had a 62 Buick special skylark, did a kinda resto mod to it, looked totally oem, had a 2004r, custom 12 bolt with 3.08’s and a posi, and a Buick 425 nailhead looked like Buick made it that way or should’ve, man that thing would annihilate the rear tires till you quit, top speed -unlimited, but rode and drove like a Cadillac, such a cool cruiser

My mom had a pea green 1974 Buick wildcat. Don't know what motor it had but it was pretty wild for a family car. Would just dry tires at will and go as long as you want
