I already know why you don't recommend PSMF. 1. Low calories are harmful to your metabolism. 2. Low fat is not good for the body. We need good healthy fats for many reasons

Even when I'm not hungry, I'm thinking about food. I know it's a coping mechanism, which made me sort of develop a weird obsession with food. I have to really stop and think if I'm actually hungry before running to get more to eat. People who don't struggle with weight will never understand this. So your video on emotional eating would most likely be very helpful.
