This weekโฆ was just too much. I didnโt know what to do, and every day felt like a repeat of doing nothing at all. Even when I tried my best, my heart kept sinking, and all my motivation just vanished.
How did I get through it? When it feels like everything is too heavy and you have no energy left, donโt force yourself to push through. Instead, just pause.
Take a slow breath. Let go of the fatigue and emotions piling up insideโ one by one.
And then, almost like magic, the weight on your heart starts to lift, and even the tiniest bit of motivation begins to return.
Right now, what we need isnโt to โtry harder,โ but to gently stop for a moment.
