This remix is an absolutely huge bucket list opportunity in my eyes. When I was 16, I found Dabin’s music for the first time when I was browsing for new music on my old high school laptop. His discography has always been a huge inspiration for the music that I’ve made over the past 8 years and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. Going from that point in 2018… to now having the chance to remix a song of his… I just can’t put into words how full circle this all truly feels.
To me “I See You” is about feeling seen, grounded and present in life. It’s not just about physically or mentally being in love, it’s about taking every moment with the people around you for granted - and with this remix, I wanted to do that message justice.
