Get him checked out for abdominal aortic aneurysm since it's hereditary and related to an aortic aneurysm. Left a message with him on his channel but doubt he will see it and left it with warksi twitter a while back. I hope it's this or the thoracic and not the thoracoabdomial as that hard to treat. Not a doctor just did some reading. Ask the mayo clinic to be sure. If it is this please tell him to tell people on his streams to get checked for family history diseases every 6 months when you show symptoms. Especially with aortic aneurysm as they are missable until they get a certain size.
