What a fun and crazy experience to organise & meet all the OG medical creators at @medcreators_collective 2024 in Mumbai! 🤩

Special love & thanks to my co-organizers ‪@DrAnujPachhel‬ & ‪@healthwithvg‬ for bearing with my not so cool side!🙈 I badly miss you rn! 😭

Each of the creator is an inspiration to me and I learn from everybody's journey! Thank you so much stars for gracing the event. Without you, it won't be so energetic and lively maahol there! 🔥❤️

For us 3 organizers, it was a hell of a journey because we just planned the event on 1st September and the event date was 15th September.🗓️ Yes, just 15 days of such a short timeline for this large scale event!🥶

It's really a heavy task to execute and arrange things with such a big responsibility. We even missed some good creators to invite due to rush.😟 (really sorry for that)🙏🏻

From event title deciding to logo and branding, from micro-planning to connecting with all the creators and dealing with all their queries continuously in our DMs, from contacting sponsors to convincing them, to hotel venue search and bookings, financial management, banners, posters, printings, photography, social media page, sleepless nights and what not! 🥵
We didn't want to leave a single stone unturned for the best comfort and enjoyment for our medical community stars! 🌟

Majority of the creators (including us) were meeting each other for the first time and each of them were subtly skeptical and nervous about whether everything will be fine and comfortable there or not. 🥲
We never wanted to make it boring and so planned the whole day in a very engaging, funny and beautiful way where everybody kept interacting throughout the event and so our bonds became so strong in a single day! 🫂

After the event, seeing med-creator community happiness, unity & togetherness (which was the purpose), we are now relieved that everything went according to plan! 😇🤩
