Free from stutter

Hey, Christmas and New Year are the perfect time to reflect on the past year and dream or plan for the year ahead.

What are you grateful for this year? What have you learned? What fears have your faced? What experiences or achievements are you most proud of? What dreams or plans do you have for the next one?

Whatever your answers may be, I wish you to be kind and gentle to yourself. The more you support yourself the more you can give back to the world.

You are the one who is responsible for finding meaning and motivation in your life. At the same time, sometimes a bit of help does help. 😊

Jim Rohn once said, 'You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.' So, it’s awesome if you could surround yourself with people you like or admire.

That’s why I’ve put together for you (and for me) a powerful (and almost limitless) source of motivation here:

Let me know what inspires and motivates you these days!

I haven’t created much content on YouTube this year, but I’m still proud of:

- providing more clarity about Stuttering Cycle and how it works: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/stuttering-cycle-how-…

- diving deeper into the 5 Types of People Who Stutter: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/five-types-of-people-…

- and creating my first ever YouTube Short: youtube.com/shorts/cb2yJ6ulLX...

For some, shooting YouTube Shorts might be an easy thing, but it took me a while to figure it out. Again, we want to be kind to ourselves and celebrate even seemingly small wins. 😊

Another thing I’m grateful for is designing my new website and beginning to organize the blog content there:

You can learn more about stuttering: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/stuttering-stammering

You can see how we can deal with stuttering: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/how-to-deal-with-stut…

Maybe you’re ready to explore speaking exercises and stuttering techniques: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/speaking-exercises-fo…

Or maybe you just want to stop stuttering: www.freefromstutter.com/blog/how-to-stop-stutterin…

I also plan to create more helpful content for speech therapists and parents who have children who stutter next year.

And of course, my biggest pride lies in my students who faced their fears and pushed their limits this year.

Wishing you joyful reflections on this year and the most inspiring plans for the year ahead! 🙌❤️🔥

Have an amazing holiday season! And I’ll talk to you soon!

Kind regards,
Andrey

P.S. As I was re-uploading content to my new website, I came across this video about Stuttering & How Real Change Happens where I share how I fell off a sports bar but luckily stayed alive. 👀 If you want to have some fun, I highly recommend it! 😊 www.freefromstutter.com/blog/how-change-happens
