Project managers will be in greater demand than workers in other occupations over the next ten years. However, this talent gap poses risks for organisations. The latest Anderson Economic Group (AEG) talent gap report, which was commissioned by PMI, shows that there are excellent job and career progression possibilities for project managers across the 11 nations examined.



Seven project-oriented sectors are predicted to experience a 33 percent increase in employment, or over 22 million new jobs, in the project management-focused labour force through 2027. Employers will require approximately 88 million people in project management-related roles by 2027.
