I do!!! My best friend and I had just gotten our Licenses and one plate was odd, one even…so we always went together, packed a small cooler full of sodas, lawn chairs, boom box, and chatted with the cute boys! When line finally moved up, we took turns moving the car…it was a glorious time in a not so great situation! 👍

The odd numbers had the advantage with the 31 day months.

During weekends in Italy in that "austerity" time on one weekend just even numbered plates could drive and on the next one only odd numbered ones. No prescription with gasoline as far as I can remember😅

@RoccosVideos

It was before my time but I remember hearing about it. Now they would just jack up the prices instead of rationing the gas.

A farmer started making alcohol fuel for himself, then his neighbors bought some. The feds took his farm .. punishment for selling fuel without a license ..
