Yes, all true, but Rome was also dark, through Africans and Etruscans and many other places. There is no black vs anything else as all areas of the earth were populated by dark or brown skin as recently as a few hundred years ago. You don't even need to research each area, racists like Benjamin Franklin openly spoke of his disdain with the world being swarthy after 1726! With the principal bodies of "white"(albino) in England and colonised America alone, Hannibal lived over 2000 years ago! That is how easy it is to understand what the world looked like.
