They can be calming. For me it's seeing the release of pressure and the infection being removed... much how I wish I could do certain parts of my life, release the pressure and remove the infection.

Depends on how it is done, those that use fingers and then place the gunk on their gloves are nasty. But those like Dr. Pimple Popper are satisfying and often informative.

It’s satisfying to watch the gunk come out of your body and return back to pristine look when it heals, to feel instant pimple relief is the best feeling as I know all too well

Soothing to me. Very good distraction when stressed. I have watched hundreds upon hundreds lol. I can even tell you where some of the Vietnamese spas are located there lol
