Well let’s not forget that Shanks gave credence to WB’s title as the strongest during there conversation. He used that has a way to describe BlackBeard’s mindset on not stopping to grow in power & that he will eventually take over WB’s throne/position. What throne was Shanks revering to; being the strongest; not just a mere Yonko.
