i’m working on uploading some of my covers to streaming platforms. i get that y’all like to play them. some people have taken that liking a little further and upload the audio to spotify and other platforms. i get that you may feel like you’re showing your support and helping other fans but it actually is hurting me. it’s causing the spotify algorithms to scan my channel and then youtube gives me a copyright strike for my own content. 🤦🏽♂️ and then i have to go through this whole ordeal to dispute the claim and get the other content removed. and i will always eventually get the stolen content removed. so just save us both the hassle and not upload it lol.
