I've seen folks use dry erase markers to clean up stamps for their collection since they are usually glossy!

In the UK I usually only see it if it’s been missed by the machine stamping over it so it can’t be reused.

I've never seen it but I think it's probably if the machine misses it. The postmark date stamp can be important.

You know how you can erase permanent marker from a white board with a dry erase marker? I wonder if that would work on the stamp?

Since when did USPS start canceling stamps out with sharpie markers?? It ruins the point of buying and using all the beautiful special edition stamps.😠I hope non of my penpals are experiencing this..
