Josh Brett

Currently working on the story of my favorite fitness icon.
I can't wait to share it🙂

In the meantime please let me know of any topics you would like me to cover.
All suggestions are much appreciated!

I just have to say your videos continue to amaze me with how well made and researched they are. The Nauru one especially had me in awe with how little hand waving there was at the problem

I'd do a video on the two sides of the ongoing debate: Is openness about taking PEDs and what is being taken making it easier for teens and young adults to get into PEDs and steroids? I see many arguing both sides viciously, like yeah we are proud when people admit to being natural or enhanced, but when people are open about what they take and why, is it glorifying it in the eyes of wanna be body builders and athletes? You can leave a neutral stance in the end or leave your opinion, but I think your videos do provide a lot of education and think it would help make a difference for many. Anything to further combat the dangerous effects of influencers who push bad info or bad ways of life. Not by shaming, so much as educating and sharing other important perspectives. Either way your videos are fantastic so I'll watch either way.

You should do a deep dive on trt and the effects of cycling too early. It’s one of those gray area parts of the natty or not trend and would be an interesting video

I would suggest to do a video that focuses on how BJJ has become so mainstream that it has become as toxic as Crossfit. Title suggestions would be: 1. The Fall of Crossfit and the Rise of BJJ 2. BJJ, The Resurgence of Crossfit Culture 3. BJJ, The Resurrection of Crossfit Culture 4. BJJ, The Crossfit Newly Formed Allience 5. BJJ, The New Age Crossfit Empire 6. Is BJJ the new Crossfit?
