Please tell me— does any one else get waves of nausea right when they’re trying to fall asleep? Or wake up in the middle of the night feeling super sick and when you try to fall back asleep it’s just more nauseating? The sick makes you unable to sleep but the moment you do you just feel better? It’s so frustrating ;-; (SilkSong today btw heheheh)
