He has a vision, and he sticks to it. For the whole John Cena turning Face out of nowhere, I believe it has to do with The Rock. The Rock wasn't showing up for Raw or Smackdown, so Triple H just said, "If you're not coming back to do shows, we'll just scrap your story."

Well for starters, he doesn't tear up scripts or make last minute extreme changes to the card like Vince did. He also has made the main event scene make sense and changed it so wrestlers have more believable and understanding reasons for disliking each other. He also knows how to make the big moments that stand out. Finally, he is very camera and interview friendly, much like the old Dana White was. He has drawbacks, especially with long term booking and he seems to like vanilla midgets like Gargano too much. However I prefer him most of the time over late stage Vince.

Overall the product sucks 🤣 we need a complete roster dump. Bring in attitude 2.0. Oh wait we might get cancelled So predictable and everything is watered down. Maybe cena should recruit Jake Hager and his bucket ha

He’s fine. Right now WWE is at a bum spot, but they’ve been at bum spots before. Think of how terrible 1999 was with the ministry angle going nowhere, the Owen Hart tragedy, yet 2000 was a banger of a year! Trips will be fine. I hope the build to wrestlemania 42 will be awesome. And if not, I hope the rest of the year is awesome. I know people have gotten down about wrestling, but I still have faith. Wrestling was really exciting only a year ago, we can get back to that level again!

Stronger long-term booking, of which most of it makes sense. More trusting of the performers to shape and deliver their characters rather than micro-managing to the point where they all sound exactly the same. No size or look bias, so he doesn’t seem to step on the toes of wrestlers getting themselves over because of his own ideas of what a “star” is (there’s exceptions to everything - Karrion). But for me personally, I think people undervalue the fact that the performers, on the whole, just seem happier. Take everything else away, and I’d say he’s good at his job because the roster are happy and healthy.

He doesn’t insult the intelligence of the fans with storyline’s, the way Vince did. Commentary is better than ever because Triple H doesn’t scream at them the whole time. The talent get to have time to rest after injury, they get to have a semblance of time off in the holiday season, they also get to support friends in other promotions without risk of firing. They’re happier and it shows in ring. My main creative criticism is that a lot of main storyline’s run longer than they should, but I think that’s easier an easier shortfall to correct than the hardline control & sexual harassment from Vince

Talent relations that actually relates due to actual in ring experience and his capability to keep things fresh, keep up with trends and just keep his pulse on what is going on in the real world and how he translates that in storylines. Where some stay hardlined, he adapts and changes when needed (especially during injuries)

My faith in him is from his time running NXT. My faith in him has been shaken of late. I'll take him over McMahon and like 75% of the people who are qualified for the job.

He's shown over the last couple of years that he does listen to the fans (enough imo) and is wise enough overall to know when to make adjustments (R-Truth, switching Cena back) when things aren't working. He was smart enough to tell Cody to point to Roman at the Rumble when he knew Rock's involvement would've compromised his plans and it, along with other factors "saved" the company and helped push it to where it is globally now. I will say especially under TKO, its hard to determine when HHH has full reigns of the show as opposed to making decisions under TKO pressure.

Triple H is undoubtedly best at it but he has made some drastic decisions in the past. But he needs to bring back some superstars like Dean Ambrose, Dolph ziggler,aj Lee, like he brought back CM Punk

@Jrslander908

His story psychology is really strong. He isn't afraid to really surprise or shock people. He had more industry experience prior to taking over the book than almost anyone. He's good at creating and booking heels, generally. He's overseeing one of the biggest booms in history, and it's prolonged despite prices. They've just got way too many shows to prep for.

WWE is better the last few years than it has been since 2014. The Last WWE show I enjoyed before Cody Rhodes return was Wrestlemania 30.

He’s good at making factions..not so much finding a way to end them but still good at starting them which is weird because evolution and dx had the greatest formation and conclusion
