Some people will actually use their jaws as stitches. They have the ants bite the open wound and then pop the head off the body so that it keeps the wound closed until it heals.

Fun fact: they can snap their jaws directly on the ground which will send their whole body flying. They sometimes use this trick to escape antlion larva.

Their jaws actually have so much force that they can launch themselves out of antlion pits just by closing their jaw into the ground.
