I felt compelled to share my thoughts, not about this video specifically, but about others I've seen addressing attacks on universities. While I may not align with her political views, I deeply respect anyone who defends the rights enshrined in the Constitution. For that, she has earned my admiration. As older veterans, it can be challenging to embrace perspectives that differ from what we know—or think we know—but listening to diverse opinions is perhaps the most vital thing we can do right now. Without the Constitution, we’re lost. This isn’t George Orwell’s *1984*. Well done, Candace.

Candace. I’m liking you more and more this year. leaving the DW was a blessing in disguise. Ever since the Israel conflict all reason, facts, and free speech went out the window in the conservative world. It lifted the veil and really showed us what people are really like. Actions speak louder than words! I didn’t pay much attention to you in the past but I am now. Be encouraged.
