Gorillas can punch at a force to shatter a human skull; they bite harder than grizzlies and lions. But they still get killed by jaguars. 100 humans could easily swarm the gorilla and wear it out enough to get a killing blow especially if theirs sticks and rocks around if not biting the gorilla works.

Let's put it this way: Gorillas are like the Air Nomads. They almost never resort to violence, unless they feel like their family is in danger. Humans and chimpanzees are like the Fire Nation under Sozin, Azulon and Ozai. They are extremely unpredictable, territorial, aggressive, and can sometimes attack seemingly unprovoked. It's more a question of who would kill the other, not who could.

Unarmed? If the 100 men felt no fear for the gorilla then perhaps.
