I can completely relate. I am an avp for a major bank, with autism, and every single day is torture for me and there’s no sensitivity in my career path, for people like me. It’s not even considered . Like holding 400 person meetings in MANHATTAN and telling you to suck it up and get there when you could freak out on mass transit and end up alone and hiding somewhere. Doesn’t matter to them one bit.
