RIP Cobes.... it was just a matter of time, we all saw it coming. I'm 42... and it made me take a pause and chill out a little on my own drinking and eating habits. None of us are invincible.

Yes I was about to comment the same I have read a few articles that oral health is a big contributor to heart attacks there is a link between them. And I would say Josh was not the best at maintaining oral hygiene.

Well since we don't have the actual document, could go either way. It would definitely be noted in the report as it is a fairly obvious condition and easy to ID via simple lab tests, but whether Clint chooses to gloss over that point or not is up to him. As @others1455 says, the main point is no foul play for someone so young (despite hygiene and drug concerns).
