Mob Psycho 100 is really good. The art style is a little funny but it’s unique. I also love Jujutsu Kaisen but it’s kinda depressing at times <//3

The Summer Hikaru Died has a lot of good visuals, and the anime is certainly no slouch either. I’m also a big fan of Gachiakuta’s art style as well.

While it's not new, I adore Dorohedoro! It's gritty, gorery, violent- and yet fun, charming, and whimsical all at the same time.

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End! Unbelievably good in so many ways. Edit: I also really enjoyed the anime. The art in the manga was amazing, but seeing it in full color was even better, imo.

mob psycho 100 !! it's art style will be super refreshing because the author (ONE, also the author of one punch man) isn't exactly a trained artist, but manages to do some brilliant storytelling regardless. 100% (lol) would recommend

While I’ve only seen the anime adaptation of Blue Period, I’ve heard really good things about the manga. It’s primarily about a kid going to college for art and it’s absolutely wonderful, I binged the entire series while working on a painting for a class (in college, ha) and it was really touching in a lot of ways for me personally.

Gachiakuta if you want high octane action with a very expressive art Style and awesome grafiti art. Smoking Behind The Convenience Store if all you want is a slice of life centered around two adults ruminating on life while smoking

I recommend land of the lustrous, odd taxi, and Ranking of Kings. I only watched the anime for these, but tbf it is a work of art on its own, the stylization and animation really stand out. I love the plot and the deeper meanings and themes behind the cute and sparkly exterior. I heard the mangas are great tooI would also recommend Dr Stone! I read the manga in its entirety and it's great, genuinely dont think enough people talk about them. And oh god is it evil to recommend Nana? It has more explicit and darker themes, but it's one of the most real and raw piece of work I have ever seen. The anime is great, but Ai Yazawa really mastered using the medium to its most potential. It is incomplete and ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, but leaves enough for the readers to fill in the blanks.

I've really been enjoying hunter x hunter! I find the art style has a variety to it that has a lot of charm. You see people online diss some of the art but like.. they always point to early on in the series while he's dealing with chronic health issues n stuff which I think is very silly anyways

What makes Dandadan special for me is how it managed to draw chaos, movement and perspective beautifully tidy.

Kagurabachi by Takeru Hokazono The most cinematic manga I have ever read, hands down. Consistently pushing its own limits as every chapter elevates the story even further, not a single wasted panel, art style is so fine-tuned that it feels almost as though the still images are a beautifully choreographed movie scene. Story is deceptively complex and gets more and more layered as the mysteries of the setting are uncovered. Deals with heavy themes like grief, ptsd, the whitewashing of war and how propaganda shapes our perception of "heroes", familial abuse and the harm caused to young generations by those who came before them, etc. Cannot stress enough how insane it is that the author is constantly improving with every single chapter and it shows no signs of slowing down. Bound to be a generational run - up there with the biggest names in anime/manga history

Bad Ink Studios
What manga is good right now? I'm impossibly busy and have lost track of what's currently buzzworthy among fans. For reference, some recent series (from the last decade) I've read and enjoyed are Witch Hat Atelier, Delicious In Dungeon, and Spy Family. Plus, I recently re-watched Metal Skin Panic MADOX-01 and always want that 80s-style-mech-vibe part of my brain scratched.
