I was in the concrete industry for 20 years until a broke my back on a work site, 27 years later still living with the chronic pain and both sciatica pain down both legs.

I worked for some concrete company for a year and learned a lot. Concrete work is heavy work. Its a gym workout while you get paid. Later became a welder. Also welders are king of the trades but i have deep respect for mud slingers.

I love to eatch different contractors due in different parts of the country. The t e is no one way fits all. Different strokes for difgerent fks.
