My hands get super dry during the season and Rhino seemed like the best option. I'm trying some others at the moment but I'm going to go back I think.

I use Antihydral about every 10 days, just on my tips. Then I use Eucerine Advanced Repair cream after every time I climb. This combo works up till 3 sessions a week. If I'm climbing more than that, I need to apply Antihydral more often.

Never got sold on them being a substantial solution. Just climb less and heal faster. Train something else on the downtime

I use a German antihydral that was recommended to me. I only use it every 3months, for about 5 days. It took years for me to find the right balance, so this is likely extremely variable.

I use climb on and normal hand lotion (not at the same time ;)). works well for me

Rhino is by far the best when it comes to skin conditioning. I think a big factor is the diversity in there products, anything from a horrible split to moisturizer they have it and it works. (If used right)

So far climb-on before bed is the only product that has worked well for me to recover skin fast.

Just bought their performance lotion a couple of weeks ago cause spring makes me drip sweat and it's saved my climbs. Pretty sure a 4 oz bottle is going to last me a year too so not a bad deal

Antihydral before and while longer trips. But mostly natural cause the limestone isn't as sharp as granite (which I climb on trips) and the skin can recover easily after the weekend in the frankenjura. I want to try rhino products but can't find any local resellers. Tried to get a package from epictv two years ago, but the customs and shipping company somehow lost the package 🤣 so still on Antihydra
