Is this by the same guy who made the Tobias series? I keep seeing it in my recommendations and it sounds peak but it's long and it has dark subjects. Is it worth a watch?

I found a cancelled Tines Sensahthe film called Thomas and the Engine of the Mountains and reading the whole script made me really intrigued and absolutely like it.
Shame he didn't make it but the script being public is very interesting to see what was going to be.
