My main issues with rift is the round base system and the amount of bugs I’ve had to actually play the entire duration of the match because the spark disappears.Rift can definitely be tweaked and for better but the mm is still a major issue you either get lucky or you don’t

The only problem I have with it is the respawn timer on the smaller maps. New map works great though.

My first 5 games or so were awful and unbalanced but as I played more I feel like it balanced out or people learnt what to do. Had some really fun and intense games once I stopped getting steamrolled 5-0 for the first few games, I think people just don't want to die for the objective/change their playstyle

I feel like rift maybe isn't a good mode for D2. Rift wasn't updated when it came in, which kinds sucks because D2 feels way faster-paced than Rift was intended to be played

It has it's issues but I enjoy it. It does feel like Gambit though, where if a team is leading then you feel demotivated to keep going.

i played a match with 3 of my buddies, the entire game nobody could score a point. on the LAST possible second, we scored, and it broke the game, we got transmatted back to spawn more than 10 times and we only stopped when the entire enemy team left the match because it went on so long. but other than that they should’ve just left control in, it relies too much on teamwork when everyone just wants to run and gun
