I directly inquired with Pony Canyon, the record label, about the application ticket for a handshake event with Ji Chang Wook included in the first press limited edition of his new album "Assemble," which will be released on December 24th, to ask whether applications can be made from overseas, and received the following reply:
"For customers living overseas, there is no problem applying as long as you can receive email.
Please note that if you are selected, you will be responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses.
Also, when we ask for your identification on the day of the event , please bring a photo ID that proves your registered address. Thank you"

12月24日発売のチチャンウク”Assemble”の初回盤に封入されている、チチャンウクとの握手会イベントへの応募券について、
海外からも応募が可能なのかを、レーベル会社のポニーキャニオンに直接問い合わせたところ、以下の返信がありました。
「海外在住のお客様に関しても、メールの受信が可能であればご応募は問題ございません。
なお、当選された場合、旅費・宿泊費はお客様負担となりますので、
あらかじめご了承をお願いいたします。
また、当日、身分証明を確認させていただく際には、ご登録いただいたご住所を証明できる顔写真付きの証明書を1枚ご持参ください。」
