No. I only care about the attatchments. I haven’t cared about camo grinding since BO3 😄

Feels like when you’re a little kid and forgot to save your Pokémon progress or the game froze before you saved and now you have to play all over again definitely a hard pill to swallow tbh

Still playing the game like crazy, and personally like the fact the camos are level based, so we can still work towards them playing objective, unlike in cod where you have to do all sorts of different challenges. I do hope they add objective xp gain to weapons as well.

Will deff be playing I feel like the level is fine to keep bronze silver and gold prestigious, but add more stuff to unlock along the way at lvl 50 75 and 100

To be 100% honest I’m not even mad about it gives me something to do but I can definitely see why this could hurt the casuals

@NerosCinema don’t speak for the “universal” we. Not everyone wants mastery camos to be hand outs. Git Gud

I’m definitely going to keep playing!! I don’t like the update, but the overall game is just so fun to play. I think people who think this update is a deal breaker are kinda crazy because mark rubin said they would listen to the community feedback about it. So I’m not worried about it getting fixed

My worry is if they keep increasing the level cap as new weapons get introduced. It will get extremely annoying to level anything up to acquire the end camos.

For the time being yes. As soon as objective score counts toward weapon levels, i think the system will feel a bit better

Honestly I haven’t played since they made this change. Keep the minus 500 xp per level and make it back to 100. I was very annoyed to find out right as I was finishing the grind they increased the work it takes to get a single gun gold.

feels kinda pointless to grind for camos right now. I already thought the grind for one camo was a little long and now this is just crazy.

I play less after the finale patch, didn't notice the changes. Had a few guns near Silver... But the overall feeling of the game was changed. Hit detection was so bad on my side and Ping was much higher. Also every game was a sweat fest again. So i take a mental breakdown for a few days. Played like 50 hours in game...

I play like 2-3 times a week so coming from a casual perspective I think it’s a good change for the long term but I understand the stress for the ones who been grinding if anything they should of given a heads up for preparation and give out some weapon boosters to calm the storm a bit

I honestly won’t be playing as much as before I was going for gold for all my guns starting with the guns i’m terrible at aka the snipers and now I got to like basically restart just feels bad and disappointing if the whole reason for these changes were for unlocking attachments faster why didn’t they just lower the level? Need it to unlock attachments that would’ve been way better

The thing you all have to remember and Nero said it him self in the video the game isn’t a yearly release game this one game is meant to be played for a long time which I believe is why the gun XP is slow if it to quick then you will have nothing to go for which then will take replay ability out of the game!

They will revert the changes, and will keep retroactively counting our progress in the meantime. Zero chance they grime the entire player base like this so early on with BO6 looming.

The weapon mastery changes in XDefiant seem to be universally disliked, I'm not sure why they made these changes and hoping they revert them soon. Do you think you'll be playing less after these changes?
