I'm just worried about how far they're going to deviate now that they know the show is popular. I heard talk that at one point, they were thinking of removing Little Garden and I can't help but worry about how things like the removal of Hachi in season 1 will affect things later on.

Just an idea for yall who are worried about the actors aging. Why can't the time skip be 10-15 years in the live action instead of 2. By the time we get there that would be pretty close to how much the actors have aged since the series started

As long as Oda has the final say on things I think it will work out. The question is how many arcs will they adapt before Netflix calls it quits because the story only gets more insane once they hit the GL.

As long as I'm crying or laughing inside and I'm enjoying what is true to the character of the story then I will enjoy it. I even like surprises out of the blue if they make the story more compelling.

Yes!! It's so good to rewatch one piece reimagined! I love any excuses for me to consume more one piece related stuff, and the live action is a fresh take on it! It's very interesting how they adapt this fantastical world into live action!
