I think you’d really enjoy “The Wild Animal Sanctuary” in Keenesburg, CO. They have mostly rescued predators. It’s massive and you can get some fantastic photos. The animals have huge enclosures and since you’re on an elevated platform above them, they act somewhat naturally and go about their business. Some of the animals from Tiger King ended up there. They finally have space. Pretty cool.

Intrepid Photography
Some of what I've been up to lately, working on my high-contrast collection. Most found within an hour from home, except I had to drive about 4 hrs to hang with the wild bears. The eagle and the bear was taken in the wild, the lion and mountain lion at the zoo and the tiger at a nearby sanctuary.
