When I was designing the logo for BecomeCA.com, I didn’t want it to just be a “design element.”
I wanted it to tell my story.
It carries two philosophies I deeply believe in — and one very personal connection.
🔹 Kaizen – the philosophy of continuous improvement.
Tiny, consistent steps over reaching for giant leaps. Instead of obsessing over the outcome and metric, striving to make one tiny improvement in every iteration.
🔹 Playing infinite games.
There are two types of games. Finite games & infinite games. Finite games you play to win (like football or cricket). Infinite games you play just for playing sake (like Monopoly). When I came out of the finite-game mindset and adopted the infinite-game mindset, my career took a positive turn.
That’s why the infinity symbol felt right. But I tilted it slightly forward — to show growth over time. And the colour green? Growth and wealth (money - something you can't separate from the CA profession).
Finally, the personal part:
I cleared my CA Inter on my 8th attempt. I cleared my CA Final also on my 8th attempt. That number stuck with me. I wanted to reframe the wound into something positive.
So, tell me, what happens when you turn an 8 sideways..? Infinity.
This logo isn’t just a brand identity.
It’s an active reminder to practice Kaizen, play the Infinite game, reframe failure into a positive identity.
