I’m back! The last 6 months I’ve been working hard on my mental and physical health. I’ve managed to drop 25kgs , training sometimes 2/3 times a day for 4 or 5 days a week. I’ve still got another 12kg / 2 stone I want to drop before I head off to Thailand in March! 💯💪🏼
