New Book Now Available on Kindle

Since its release on December 21, my new book has been ranked #1 among all new titles in the Tai Chi & Qigong category on Amazon—even with a significant portion of sales coming through other channels such as my website and other bookstores.

To make this simple yet effective qigong practice accessible to more people, we’ve launched a Kindle version, now available on Kindle Unlimited. Additionally, we’ve created an exclusive hardcover collector’s edition, which is available only through our website.

If you’ve purchased the book and benefited from practicing Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a rating and comment on Amazon. Your feedback will help the book reach and benefit more people. Also, be sure to share this best-selling new release with those who you think will benefit from this book. Hexagram for 2025: 革 (Ge) – Revolutionary Changes

The hexagram for 2025, 革 (Ge) , symbolizes revolutionary changes. The fiery energy I discussed two years ago in this video https://youtu.be/R9xuHY5-6Pc is expected to intensify, very likely sparking transformations in various domains such as technology, politics, economics, and culture.

If you haven’t yet felt the effects of this fiery energy, 2025 is the year it begins to manifest noticeably. Now might be a good time to revisit that video for deeper insights.

As I emphasized in the video, these astrological events and energies don’t guarantee specific outcomes. Instead, they create conditions conducive to significant shifts—and this year the timing with I Ching, human factors, and other circumstances are all in place for this to start happening.

These changes are not superficial, like switching from bacon and eggs to an omelet for breakfast. Instead, they resemble a complete transformation, such as moving from an English breakfast to a vegan diet, eating dim sum, or even skipping breakfast entirely.

The fiery energy will also likely challenge and burn away long-held beliefs and assumptions that that our societies and media have been feeding us—including religion, human civilization, the universe, ideologies, and global views, …, etc. For some, this will be exhilarating; for others, it may bring discomfort or emotional distress. Therefore, it’s crucial to approach these changes with an open mind, embrace flexibility (be wuwei, like water), and prepare psychologically for what lies ahead.

While the outcome of these revolutionary changes is uncertain, it depends heavily on humanity’s collective consciousness. By late 2026, as the dust settle, we should start seeing a clearer picture of where these shifts are leading.

As the fire energy burn away our collective karma, which is a good thing in the long run, both natural and human-caused disasters are likely to increase in frequency and intensity during this period. Contrary to popular belief, our collective consciousness can mitigate the impact of natural disasters—or even avert some of them. This makes it more important than ever to focus less on material pursuits and more on nurturing our inner selves.
In the next newsletter, most likely in a long video format, I’ll share some practices to protect yourself and maintain balance during these turbulent times.

Physical Objects and Their Energy’s Impact on Humans

Last week, my master asked me to help translate his teachings into English. Interestingly, his insights align with the themes of this newsletter, particularly regarding how celestial bodies influence us. Here’s an excerpt:

“Let me start by giving you some examples:

Imagine in a vast, open area, if there is a sharp object, like a big rock with a sharp edge, pointing at you, you will naturally feel uncomfortable.

If there is a cemetery or crematorium nearby, sensitive individuals will often sense negative or unnatural energy moving around the area.

Another example comes from many years ago when I visited a remote area in Australia. It was a place where nothing existed within a radius of over ten kilometers, except for a small convenience store. I went there to buy a soda, and from a great distance—so far away that I couldn’t hear any sound or see any trace of a vehicle—I could already feel the oppressive energy emanating from an approaching truck.

What’s even more remarkable is that after the truck had passed, the oppressive energy it left behind lingered in the area! This phenomenon illustrates how an object’s movement leaves an energetic trace in its path.

Another example occurred when I was participating in a group meditation in a sport stadium in Thailand. During my meditation, I experienced strange and vivid images of fencing matches. Later, I learned that this location had recently hosted fencing events during the Asian Games.

In reality, every thought and action of a person gets stored in a particular space—some refer to this as the "Akashic Records." This phenomenon is the result of energy generated by the concentration of human thoughts and intentions.

Similarly, the trajectory of stars in the sky, as well as the arrangement of objects in Feng Shui, carries the same significance. Even though the stars in the sky are far away from us, their trajectories indirectly influence Earth.
A simple example is the moon. The moon's distance from Earth affects the tides. Since over 70% of the human body is water, the moon’s position also influences human psychology and physiology.

Even Buddhist and Daoist teachings mention that solar and lunar eclipses impact humans. However, not everyone on Earth can witness these events directly. Those in areas where the events are visible experience stronger effects, while those who don’t see them still feel indirect influences.

Take Mars as an example. Known as the "planet of the warrior," its fiery and aggressive energy can evoke excitement and agitation in people. However, these effects typically take some time to manifest, rather than appearing immediately after celestial events like eclipses.

The trajectories of planets can be calculated, which forms the basis of astrology as an attempt to predict their effects. However, compared to the perception of an advanced spiritual practitioner who has reached a certain level, the influence of planetary trajectories calculated through astrology is less impactful. A true practitioner can directly feel the energy emanating from these celestial movements and understand their effects on a much deeper level.
