I take collagen supplements everyday and it doesnβt seem to have any effect on me

Do the topical peptide serums, vitamin c, tretinoin, etc, all count as they all claim and believe proven to increase collagen. To what degree who knows. Also, protein powders are all essentially collagen peptides with all the amino acids. I'd say if we're on here that means we're doing something to hopefully at least reduce it to .5% per year lol
