I can't say I've noticed YouTubers changing their accent, but I do notice better YouTubers evolve their speaking style. Sometimes their slocution becomes more pronounced, even to the point of sounding awkward but clear. And then in time they tend too lose some of the awkwardness and they manage to enunciate clearly and naturally.

No, haven't found the speaking changing, but, have found increasing use of supposed 'background' music at a sound level about equal to the speaker's voice , and even worse, of rhythms and pitches which interfere with the speaker's rhythm and pitch. Recall one case last year where the music had a somewhat staccato beat that closely paralleled the speaker's pronunciation of consonants, it very much masked what the speaker was saying. Look, content creators, if you are want to make a music video for MTV then go there and make a music video, there is no legitimate reason whatsoever to be playing music while a speaker is attempting to convey information.

If you have watched specific YouTubers for a long time, have you noticed any of them changing the way they speak?
I interviewed linguist Andrew Cheng, who studied YouTubers who had moved and looked at what changed and what didn't about their accents. I found it especially interesting!
