Not as Humungousaur, Viltrumites are too fast, but Ben has plenty of other aliens that could potentially win that fight. Hax stuff like Clockwork, Ghostfreak and Echo Echo, Gravattack might be able to overpower one with a strong enough field, plus Waybig and potentially Atomix might be able to outright win that melee fight, assuming Waybig's frill weakness isn't discovered. There's also scan mode and ofc Alien X, not that Ben needs either to win this.

With Humangasaur? Not by a long shot. Conquest scales above Mark who can survive being thrown into multiple buildings all at once. Mark has shown better strength feats than Humangasaur. Meanwhile Conquest ragdolled him. Speed wise he is visibly faster than the slow and clumsy Humangasaur. If Ben wants to win, he will do either of three things. 1) He would use some ultra-powerful Alien to overpower him like Alien X, Clockwork or Way Big 2) He would use specific hax which cannot be countered by Viltrumites like Ghostfreak, Echo Echo/Blitzwolfer, NRG, Nanomech, Vampyre, Pesky Dust, Gutroid etc. 3) He will shift aliens rapidly like change from JetRay/XLR8 to Humangasaur/Cannonbolt, stinkfly to Heatblast, water hazard to amphibian/brain freeze/ Shocksquatch, goop/diamondhead/big chill/swampfire for defense etc.

The Omnitrix scans any alien DNA, which includes Viltrumite, but Ben has aliens that are far stronger than Viltrumites: Diamondhead, Gravattack, Echo Echo, and Alien X are a few examples

Even with Alien X off the table, just become diamond head, and it's so over

I saw how much damage between what Humungousar can do and Conquest can do. If that's what we're talking about but stop from what? Is it from giving kisses and heart shapes? Since Ben is a kid or teen. Because Ben can't stop that.
