Those of you who attend fitness classes with us, I'm going to take a few days off teaching live classes to recover. For the past few days I've been struggling with allergies, I was feeling very tired and achy and I can't talk much, guys.
I might run a later class today, but I took a pill last night that knocked me out. Join me for this class or please attend one of the previous Hatha Yoga classes today.
