She was so smart: she wanted 2 small loaves, one for her family and one to give to a friend, so she used the dough cycle of her bread machine to make a 2 lb dough, divided it and baked 2 small 1 lb loaves. You can make this cheddar and dill bread using the bread machine (1 lb, 1.5 lb, and 2 lb recipes included) or stand mixer (I've included directions for both in the recipe).
