How to create Paradise together This is not religious spam or bot spam, but a message written and shared by me, a human being just like you. The goal of this message is to build a world where there is no difference between the concept of paradise and the real world we are living in right now. Please take the time to read this message. I promise you that this will be the most valuable piece of knowledge you will ever learn in your life. Part 2 of 2 Thinking and Imagining You don't gain new knowledge by thinking or imagining, because in these two cases, you are simply retrieving pieces of knowledge that your brain has already stored through prior learning and experiences in reality. ''Stop overthinking and start actually learning.'' We know if we have learned something if our brain and body allows us to do something positive for us that we couldn't do before. Imagination Imagination is the ability of our brain to combine pieces of knowledge that it already has and create the illusion of having acquired new knowledge. Example: A minotaur is a combination of our knowledge about a bull and a human body.  A unicorn is a combination of our knowledge about an animal horn and a horse. We can then combine the illusionary knowledge we've just obtained through our imagination to create even more complex, illusionary knowledge. Beliefs Beliefs are illusionary knowledge that we accept to be true knowledge without actually learning them from reality. The concepts of God and transcendental beings God and transcendental beings, as of now, are just concepts that our mind has created by combining our knowledge about the fact that we exist and the cause-and-effect relationship between events. But that doesn't mean it is impossible for them to show themselves and actually become something that we learn from reality. However, if they didn't decide to give us all the knowledge needed to create paradise at the beginning of human history—when we were discovering the world for the first time and needed help the most—then I think it's very unlikely for them to decide to appear and help us now. But it still doesn’t change the fact that it’s better late than never for a miracle to happen. So, if God and transcendental beings are just products of our imagination and remain as such as long as we live in this reality, will we ever be able to find the answer to why everything even exists in the first place? Well, I really hope so. If knowledge gives us the power to exist and to do anything we can in this reality, then hopefully it will also give us the power to know why everything exists from the outset." The concepts of afterlife and reincarnation The concept of afterlife, as an everlasting happier life that we live in a different reality after we die, with the memory that we have accumulated in this life, is sadly just our imagination. The concept of reincarnation as being reborn into a non-human body which doesn’t have a brain which is identical to a human brain, is simply a product of our imagination. However, the idea of reincarnation as being reborn into a new human body is true. Everyone else is essentially you, reincarnated into a different body. The life that we have right now is the only life that we have so we must not waste it! We can believe in whatever we want but we must ensure that it is not just an excuse for us to not live our life to the fullest and regretting it the moment we are actually going to die. Objective and Subjective Objective: everything that exists and is true without anyone existing. It's a word that we use to describe our imagination of not existing so we cannot learn anything using it. Subjective: everything that is not true for everyone. 1 + 1 = 2 may be false to some people, not because it is actually false, but because they don’t understand that the symbols and rules of mathematics are simply tools humans have developed to describe and utilize a specific aspect of reality. It is the duty of knowledgeable individuals to teach those who are unaware, rather than judging them or exploiting them. With the right tools and guidance, everyone has the potential to learn and improve. Value Our physical and emotional well-being is the source of the concept of value. Our value is not based on how attractive or beautiful our body looks, how charming our voice sounds, or what our brain or body has enabled us to do in the past, present, or future, because as I am writing this right now, these things are still mainly decided by luck and not by us. Instead, it is based on the simple fact that we exist, and because of that, we want to be loved and happy. Money The concept of money is making our life so much less enjoyable and fulfilling.  Instead of doing something for the sake of benefiting ourselves and others, which should be the way we behave to live a happy and fulfilled life, we now have to do it mainly to earn money. Knowing that without money, very few people will still be motivated to help us, and at best, we may just live a less enjoyable life than other people with more money; in most cases, no one will even be motivated enough to acknowledge our existence, leaving us to suffer—or, in the worst case, die. This is one of the sources of the problem of ignorance. What I've written here is just a small piece of the knowledge I've directly gained from living in this reality with my mind and body, and primarily thanks to the teachings of others—primarily the good teachings of Jesus Christ, as recorded in scriptures handed down to this day, Ron Jaxn's YouTube videos, and thanks to all the free knowledge available on the Internet (even though it also contains a lot of misinformation), which I mainly learn through using ChatGPT. A message for our future selves in different bodies: "Hello, people of the future! Stefano Zhou here, writing to you in 2025. We live in a world that is improving rapidly in many aspects of life, but we still don’t fully recognize who we truly are, what is good or bad, what is true or false, and what is important or not. I hope that in the world you live in, these fundamental concepts of reality are known to everyone and that your world can truly be called Paradise. And, yeah, hopefully, you’ve also discovered why and how everything exists."

Part 1 of 2 Chapter 1: I exist. Chapter 2: Other people exist. How do I know if other people exist? Everything I know and have is given to me by other people.  I exist because other people exist. Chapter 3: Knowledge Knowledge is the foundation of existence and reality, everything is knowledge and knowledge is everything. Who we are We are the knowledge that allows us to exist. We are not our brain or body, as they are merely the mediums through which we acquire the knowledge necessary for our existence and allow us to live once we exist. Examples of words or groups of words that indicate our state of existing: knowing, being conscious, being aware. Without our brain and the rest of our body, we could not acquire or use the knowledge necessary for our existence. The notion of language We use the word language to refer to the fundamental piece of knowledge that allows us to exist and enables us to interact with others, conveying our thoughts and feelings.  Our brain and body learn a language by being exposed to at least one form of it (spoken, thanks to the sense of hearing, or visual, thanks to the sense of sight) mainly during the crucial first three years of it being born. This happens thanks to the people who try to interact and communicate with it. After we exist, we can use our mind and the senses of our body to learn about reality and do things we couldn’t do before.  We can enhance our ability to think, learn, and communicate by innovating the languages we use, allowing us to understand reality more accurately and precisely. We should all strive to learn at least one spoken, written, and sign language in common. Chapter 4: Good and Bad A feeling is the inherent ability of our brain and body to tell us whether something is good or bad, which means we always knew what is good or bad since we existed. A good feeling is a feeling that we have when something that we want happened, is happening or could happen. A bad feeling is one that we experience when something we don't want to happen has happened, is happening, or could happen. Our ability to feel bad feelings are essential because they signal when something negative is occurring or can occur in the future. They motivate us to use our minds to find solutions and prevent similar situations in the future. Negative feelings are a part of our being and thinking why we can even feel them in the first place doesn't help us reduce them. Physical feelings and emotional feelings As of the moment I am writing this, we primarily use two terms to categorize our feelings: physical and emotional, even though they are interconnected. Physical feelings are feelings that originate from our body’s senses and impact the state of our mind. Emotional feelings are the ones that originate from our mind and impact the state of our body. Example: Physical feeling: physical pain, which originates from the nervous system of our body. Impact on the mind: physical pain can trigger emotional feelings such as anger and fear. Your mind focuses on the pain that it is receiving or it has just received and may lead to thoughts like "Ouch, this hurts!" or "I need to be more careful next time." Emotional feeling: fear, which originates from our mind by knowing that something bad has happened, is happening or is going to happen. Impact on the body: our heart rate increases, our muscles tense up, and we start to sweat. All the feelings that we can possibly experience are determined by the anatomy of our brain and body. We live to strive to experience as much good as possible and as little bad as possible—also known as the meaning of life. By experiencing positive feelings, we are fulfilling our lives. Every moment in which we are not feeling good is a moment of our life wasted. Everything that helps us achieve this can be described as good, important, valuable, advantages, right, righteous, virtuous, honorable, worthy and all the other terms that exist (in whatever language you are reading right now) to describe something good. Only because a situation contains both good and bad factors doesn't mean that good and bad doesn't exist. Only because something bad is happening doesn't mean that it is good and we need to accept it. Instead we should try to increase the good and reduce the bad in everything we do. Example of words or group of words that we use to indicate feelings that are good: Emotional Good Feelings:  Love; Happiness; Gratitude; Hope: Excitement; Peacefulness; Fulfillment; Physical Good Feelings: Feeling full of physical and mental energy; Through our sense of sight: watching something beautiful; Through our sense of hearing: hearing a pleasant melody; Through our sense of taste: tasting delicious foods and drinks. Currently, as I am writing this, we use five words to describe the tastes that our tongue allows us to experience: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami. Through our sense of smell: smelling something pleasant; Through our sense of touch: touching something soft and comfy that makes us feel at ease. Example of words or group of words that we use to indicate feelings that are bad: Physical Bad Feelings: Physical and mental fatigue; Through the sense of hearing: hearing sounds with frequencies that are too high or too low, or sounds that are excessively loud. Through the sense of taste: tasting foods and drinks that are disgusting; Through the sense of smell: smelling something stinky; Through the ability of our nervous system to tell us if something bad has happened, is happening or is going to happen to our body: pain, feeling hot, feeling cold, nausea, fatigue, lightheadedness, numbness and itch. Emotional Bad Feelings: Fear; Anger; Sadness; Some examples of words that we use to refer to more complex negative feelings, that indicate these three emotions with varying intensity or a combination of them, triggered by specific situations shaped by different circumstances: Hatred; Despair; Shame; Guilt; Compassion; Hopelessness; Loneliness; Emptiness; Frustration; Envy; Embarrassment; Boredom; Knowledge is power, and power is knowledge. The amount of knowledge that we have right now determines how much good and bad we can experience. Bad things happen because we lack the knowledge or ability to prevent them; Good things do not happen because we are unaware of their possibilities or how to achieve them. This is the core of the philosophical and theological dilemma known as the problem of evil. A more accurate term for this issue would be “The problem of ignorance” There was much more bad and far less good in the past than there is in the present. We can create so much more good and reduce so much more bad if we all work together to raise the knowledge bar in every aspect of life and sharing it for everyone to learn. The trial-and-error method is the least efficient way to learn something that has already been discovered, but it is also the only method that allows us to learn something completely new from reality.  We have all been victims of our own ignorance since the beginning, but if we have managed to survive and reach this moment, there is no reason we cannot continue to live and strive for a better future. The concept of free will Everything we can think or do is determined by how much knowledge we have, so the only thing that we can actually decide is to increase our current level of knowledge by learning. Examples: You are able to read what is written here because you know how to read (in whatever language you are reading or listening right now). I would not be writing what I am writing right now if I didn’t have the knowledge that I am sharing with you. Knowledge is already out there for us to discover. We have infinite potential because there is always more knowledge to discover and learn from reality and use to our advantage. ''Yes, we can achieve anything our body and brain allow us to achieve." We are not motivated to spend our time learning because we don't know how much better our life could be if we did. Reality is a perfectly designed game, and we simply need to learn how to play it, rather than blaming bugs that we believe exist within it. Why the existence of other people is a blessing. Memories are knowledge stored in our brain that we can retrieve and use beyond the immediate present. Other people are just us in different bodies with different memories. If your brain had the exact memories that my brain has, you would be me in your body, which would automatically mean that the 'you' that you are right now would no longer exist. We have different bodies and memories because, otherwise, we would all be the same person, which would automatically mean that we would be alone. Being alone would make life infinitely less good and more bad. Death Death is the permanent loss of the knowledge that allows us to be conscious. We need to stop actually starting to care about each other only when it is already too late! How to know if we've actually understood what we've just read (yes me included): Every single reason for us to judge someone else negatively or do something harmful against them should be gone. If all the politicians knew this then there would be no more wars in this world.
