Well, I hope you don't listen for too long (I usually listen at a low volume), that would be like only being able to watch movies at a high volume, in my opinion. But it's okay if you listen for a short time, but please don't listen for a whole hour without stopping for a bit, because listening at an extremely high volume for a long time can cause hearing loss, even more so because music is literally a bunch of synchronized noises/sounds (but they are cool noises to listen to, obviously), so I recommend that you stop for a bit after a few minutes of listening to music (you have a greater chance of hearing loss listening at that volume, but you can still listen to music, even at a volume that is not recommended)

It's only a problem if you're listening to music on full volume for long periods of time since that can lead to hearing loss
