Guys, if delivering a video every week is too much, just say you want to do it every other week (or once per month) and we'll be completely fine with that. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it is not nice to have the expectation set of a weekly video and then to be let down without communicating it. I get the feeling that it's probably asking a bit too much to have high-quality videos every single week. We'd rather have one video a month that is really interesting and Steven isn't pushed too hard to generate all this content.

hey guys you took down the episode from about two weeks ago as well and today you didn't deliver. I don't think the last episode wasn't even that bad because in the end what we care about is Steven's behind the diary scenes and I'd prefer an authentic perhaps sligthly imperfect delivery than high quality but missed out on uploads, twice now. Many people are here for a weekly video for a nice finish of the sunday so i think it's nice to just have something to watch and maybe put out the "perfect" version in the circle stan community or sth.

It's just a vlog it's not that deep. Quality control is for the main product (DOAC) . Authenticity comes from imperfections.

I think that’s why I felt disconnected from the new videos. The new style seems to be trying too hard to make each video perfect, which makes them feel less relatable.

Just don’t BREAK MY HEART this week by not posting on again - all kidding aside these are great, really helpful insights, I’ll tune in no matter what! Good luck with your teams new hire (although I’m sure it’s not luck… have you ever thought about sharing your company ethos quiz in more depth —> would be a cool video) I know you use independent grading and and multiple people to avoid group thinking but early on the first hired are so critical so advice for me as i grow my team would be helpful.
