If the jury does find her not guilty, I wonder how they will react when they inevitably hear about what she's been found guilty of in the other trial. I know a big part of the reason I think she's guilty is because of that other trial. And knowing that made me realize why the evidence of previous crimes is usually excluded from a trial.

JD. Could u please explain more about what the aggravating factors mean ? Does stipulating to them mean you are admitting guilt? Seems to me murder is aggravating and horrible enough and to assign a “degree” to it lessens the severity of it. The results are the same in that the person is no longer with us. Thank you. Love your show and your easy to understand explanations.
