First time diving into the WonderSwan territory, and with it, we have Rockman EXE N1 Battle extensions. The game in question is the WonderSwan Color version of Battle Chip Challenge actually. www.youtube.com/playlist?list...
I should also note that I'm aware of another Battle Network game for the WonderSwan Color known as Rockman EXE WS; however, I can't locate a rip for that particular game, so until further notice, there won't be any extensions for that game.
