I would love a method specifically for shifting to a waiting room rather than a Dr , hope you start feeling better soon!

This is one that I came up with myself and I call it "The Goodbye Method" Basically you spend a day or week or as much as you like dedicated to saying goodbye to everything in your cr and you say whether you'll miss it or not. E.g. "Goodbye bed. You won't/will be missed". Maybe as a guided meditation you could visualize yourself walking around your bedroom (and maybe places that you often go to?) and saying goodbye to the things there. And those things slowly disappearing one by one and being replaced with your dr things. E.g. you say goodbye to your bed and then your cr bed disappears and gets replaced with your dr bed and you do that until you entire room changes.

there's a method known as the zoning out method- you basically set an intention to shift and then zone out

i was actually wondering if youâd ever be interested in posting things specifically for lucid dreaming and regular meditation because both of those can help incredibly with your shifting skls

Not a specific method, but could you do one more catered to visualizers? A lot of the methods here are for those who struggle, which is great, but I've always been a believing is seeing person so visualization is an important part of the process for me

The Any Moment Method!!! By CarlyShifts111. It's also non visualization and pretty simple. Basically it's these 4 steps: 1) Say the affirmation âAwake or asleep I will shift any momentâ throughout your day or when you're about to shift. Really believe them words. 2) Box breathing. When inhaling, say the affirmation from step one and same for when you're holding your breath and same for when you're exhaling and finally same when holding. Then repeat the process till you shift or fall asleep (if you're doing it as a sleeping method) 3) As much as you can really believe the affirmation, gaslight yourself if you have to. Believe ur words/affirmation. 4) Think as ur DR self, think what you're gonna do from when u get there/open ur eyes to whenever. Point is to connect to ur DR self or think of ur DR. The best part of this method is you can also mix it with any other method (I like mixing it with the 5 senses when I'm on step 4 of the method or that waking up and going back to bed method)

There was a method I heard of recently that involved repeating the same affirmations over and over (I think it's called the robot method?). It seemed interesting to me so far

This is a method I made a while back the lazy river method: Start by laying down and taking deep breaths and unclench your muscles Then, if your eyes aren't closed, close your eyes and imagine a lazy river but not one at the pool, one made by the earth, imagine your floating in the river, calmly going down stream, there are no bumps or waterfalls, just warm water and a calming feeling after a while imagine rain starts to fall as your worried and woes get washed away, as the rain lands on you imagine yourself turning into your DR self once you fall asleep you should wake in your DR For keeping yourself the same imagine that when the rain touches you your body starts to glow with every droplet

I have a method I created that I've had varying success with that I call The Mirror Method. You start by getting relaxed and then you visualise yourself in a room of your choice, standing in front of a mirror. You take in your cr appearance and then slowly begin to see yourself change in the mirror, starting with your hair, face clothes and so on until you look like your dr self. When the transformation in the mirror is complete, you walk out of the room and picture yourself in your cr bedroom and slowly, similarly to how you watched yourself change, you see the bedroom changing, the layout and size, the furniture, the colour of the walls ect. When you are done you then lay down in the bed and count back from 100. Hope I explained this okay ^^

this is my own method, i call it the shapeshift/fuse method, this can be asleep or awake, but asleep is reccomended start by laying down in any comfortable position, and take however many deep breaths and get into the mindset that you will wake up in your DR casually. you can take as long as you want with this process then, you start visualizing just you laying down in your dr bed, about to fall asleep. start remembering your dr details (your name, how you look, etc) and basically begin fusing with your dr self and your environment. after that, just relax and fall asleep, knowing that youâre fusing with your dr self and let your conscious do the work for you. you donât need to feel symptoms to know youâre shifting, but symptoms from my shifting journey iâve gotten using this method are a lot of falling/floating symptoms and tingling sensations.
